OFFICE POLICIES

Payment for services provided is expected on the day of your appointment. Ashford Dental accepts the following methods of payment : Cash and all major credit cards except for American Express.


If you are eligible, you can finance your treatment using Care Credit. We have Care Credit applications available in our office. This will allow you to have some or all of the necessary dental treatment done, while you make affordable monthly payments with a reasonable interest rate or no interest rate.

 

Any portion not covered by your dental insurance will be your responsibility. We submit claims to your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy.

 

If you have any questions or concerns about your particular insurance plan, do not hesitate to contact the office. As a courtesy to our patients we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf but ultimately the responsibility for payment of the claim belongs to the patients.

 

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Please keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company address, or a charge of employment status.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Ashford Dental , we kindly ask you to give us a 48 hour notice, so we have time to schedule another patient in need of care. Otherwise, we will apply a $25 change may be applied to your account. If the patient misses three (3) consecutive appointments, we may request that you seek dental care at another office that can better accommodate your schedule.
